Job Description
Overview
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for monitoring client inventory; collecting and entering data from internal systems to external systems and vice versa.
Shift/Hours
Monday - Friday
8am-5pm EST
Responsibilities
Monitor Active Client Inventory and take action when necessary
Accurately and thoroughly transpose damage and price related data from internal systems to an external interface
Monitor external interface and take action when necessary
Accurately and thoroughly transpose updated data from external system to internal interface
Responds to and resolves data errors escalated from customer support team to ensure data accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Metric tracking and report creation as assigned
Shared mailbox reconciliation as assigned
Completes assigned projects on time and within established guidelines to assure compliance with client service level agreements; Aids others in the team to meet goals and objectives.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Accurate typing and data entry skills
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Highly adaptable to process and system changes
Must be detail oriented with good judgment and problem solving skills
Effective time management
Able to initiate and manage a high volume of outbound phone calls
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer relations skills
Demonstrate a stable employment history
