Work from Home as a Data Entry Specialist for $30,000 Salary!

Job Description


The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for monitoring client inventory; collecting and entering data from internal systems to external systems and vice versa.


  • Monday - Friday

  • 8am-5pm EST


  • Monitor Active Client Inventory and take action when necessary

  • Accurately and thoroughly transpose damage and price related data from internal systems to an external interface

  • Monitor external interface and take action when necessary

  • Accurately and thoroughly transpose updated data from external system to internal interface

  • Responds to and resolves data errors escalated from customer support team to ensure data accuracy and customer satisfaction.

  • Metric tracking and report creation as assigned

  • Shared mailbox reconciliation as assigned

  • Completes assigned projects on time and within established guidelines to assure compliance with client service level agreements; Aids others in the team to meet goals and objectives.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Accurate typing and data entry skills

  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly adaptable to process and system changes

  • Must be detail oriented with good judgment and problem solving skills

  • Effective time management

  • Able to initiate and manage a high volume of outbound phone calls

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong customer relations skills

  • Demonstrate a stable employment history
