As an Executive Recruiter, you play a key role as a brand ambassador, bringing exceptional senior leader talent to Starbucks. You will be a full-cycle recruiter, building partnerships across our organization, advising our senior leaders and PRO partners in support of helping Starbucks to realize enduring growth for the next 50 years.
As an Executive Recruiter, you will…
Lead end to end executive recruitment, ensuring a seamless consistent process and differentiated outcomes for all stakeholders; indirectly lead and deliver through the team, taking full accountability for delivering results
Connect the dots by proactively identifying opportunities and recommending solutions. Leverage defined tools; always bringing people back to focus around the defined position specifications and priorities.
Stay connected to leadership goals to continually curate the profile of talent we are recruiting for
Ensure proactive and advance communication and scheduling, acting as the driving force for progressing candidates through the process and advising leaders to keep on track and moving forward in decision making.
Leverage executive succession priorities and proactively pipeline to ensure connection to the greater market.
Qualifications - External We’d love to hear from people with:
6+ years progressive experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, executive recruiting, and/or search agency; search strategy, sourcing, networking, talent screening, process facilitation, offer negotiation, and closing
Capability to communicate, and craft and deliver presentations, to an executive level audience
Experience supporting recruitment across multiple functions - preferred
