The DATA SPECIALIST is responsible for the auditing of data entry of customer documentation and loading authority support in accordance with AllTranstek and Customer procedures. Work can be done from one of our corporate offices in Illinois (Downers Grove) or Texas (Houston). Remote opportunity also available.
What you'll do::
Transfer data from PDF documents into proprietary database systems using keyboards or optical scanners
Audit customer documentation
Create Training Manual Book
What you'll need:
0-3 years' experience with data entry or related office experience
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency in MS Office applications with the ability to learn proprietary database systems
Ability to organize work efficiently and act independently to deliver results
Ability to communicate ideas/information in writing and through speech so that others will understand
