Customer Success - U.S. Remote Full Time Mid Level
Location: Remote within the United States with a strong preference for applicants in Eastern Time Zone.
Applicants residing in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, Rhode Island, Washington, and New York will not be considered. We’re looking for a friendly, tech-savvy, enthusiastic customer relationship specialist to join our growing Customer Success Team. Your role will be centered around a PhD-level understanding of our product, a deep curiosity about customers’ unique space scheduling scenarios, and a strong desire to help customers solve business problems using our solution.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Answering email/chat questions from prospective and existing customers about our product
Helping customers find solutions to their unique scheduling scenarios
Providing customers with product demos via video link
Updating internal product collateral (knowledge base, etc.)
Collecting and reporting feedback to assist with product development decisions
Collaborating with the broader team on support strategy, product strategy, and customer relationship management
For this role, we need you to:
Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication in English
Have a friendly, engaging, and professional manner
Be generally interested in technology/SaaS products
Have some experience in customer/client interaction
Be motivated to help customers get the most out of our product
Be a highly-organized person with attention to detail
Ideal candidate profile:
Prior experience working for a tech startup or a similar environment is highly preferred
Experience supporting real-time / SaaS products
Strong technical skills
Previous experience in implementation or support roles
Previous experience in a revenue generation role
