The Client Services Associate is responsible for client retention and revenue growth for an assigned portfolio of clients and the day-to-day management of clients.
Identify incremental revenue opportunities, create compelling proposals, pitch opportunities to clients, and ensure timely implementation via our CRM/Hubspot
Proactively identify challenges in client programs and work cross-functionally to deliver fixes
Create monthly and quarterly presentations (with a focus on data: graphs and data-driven story) and reports for Client Services Department
Transform data into digestible narratives using graphs, infographics, and other data presentation methods
Manage Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly meetings with clients to drive a positive, growth-oriented client experience. Create strategic solutions to client issues, problems, or growth and execute through cross-functional internal meetings that result in positive client sentiment, and/or revenue growth
Update agendas for client meetings, utilize Hubspot for implementing client notes and utilizing Hubspot tasks for follow-ups on deliverables
Prioritize initiatives, influence timelines, and articulate roadblocks utilizing departmental tools (Hubspot/CRM) that will yield positive results for open deals, escalations, or special projects
Maintain client CRM, including scope of work, client goals, and contact details for accounts including new accounts added by implementations and/or sales
Manage communication with clients on operational updates (staffing, queues, initiatives)
Contribute to CS Department projects such as Quarterly recaps, new initiatives, and give insights for department improvement
Adhere to all CS Key Deadlines
Competency knowledge, skills, and abilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Suite, including Google Sheets/Docs/Slides
Experience with CRM and reporting dashboards (Hubspot is a huge plus, or Salesforce)
Experience with email ticketing and cloud-based (i.e. Zendesk, Gorgias, Intercom, etc.) a
Required education and experience education and experience
Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service or Client Services roles
Client portfolio management experience
Sales experience a plus
