Job Description Selling and styling are at the heart of our purpose to make customers feel good and look their best and support our priority of improving customer health. We will deliver an improved experience and grow sales/trips by enhancing our selling capabilities. We are focused on clienteling and curation on the customer's terms, (with/without a connection to a seller), which ultimately will deliver on our Closer to You Strategy. The program manager supporting communication will lead the transition and implementation of stylist chat, which enables customers to get convenient and on demand style help. This role will help define the current business problems and path forward of customer and seller connection & communication. In this role the program manager will support change management which will help bring along the execution of our business strategy.
The Program Mgr will help our overall organization drive customer engagement which ultimately influences topline sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the transition and implementation of stylist chat on nordstrom.com & customer communication programs
Work directly with care partners to launch stylist chat in a new platform
Think strategically to drive results for Sales & Styling initiatives to reduce customer and user friction.
Work with Styling Advisor Program Mgr & Supervisors on gathering operational data
Support business strategy and partner with Product Mgrs. on bringing to life the future of customer and seller communication
Responsible for overall business updates & communication for sales & styling organization
Support change management efforts

Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, including experience facilitating training

A proven ability to develop and maintain productive relationships at all levels of the pyramid including store, product and cross functional partners
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
