Job Description We are seeking a professional, tech savvy Administrative Assistant to support three senior leaders in Retail Payment’s Product and Marketing organization. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to navigate through all levels of the organization and technical proficiency in office tools and technology. This individual must be a self-starter that looks ahead proactively and anticipates the needs of those they support, and the be able to react immediately when needed. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Calendar management

  • Completing expense reports and tracking

  • Meeting coordination, both remotely and onsite

  • Project management

  • Invoice processing

  • Editing PowerPoint Presentations

  • Travel arrangements

Basic Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Five to eight years of experience in administrative and support staff activities Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Professional and discreet manner

  • Very strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
