Your Job Responsibilities:
Interpret, triage, and respond to incoming requests from internal or external stakeholders; implementing organization practices in a timely and professional manner.
Effectively interpret and follow structured processes and best practices for workflow consistencies with our offshore vendor partners
Communicate policy decisions effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Act as escalation point of contact for outsourced vendor workflows.
Assist with quality control reviews of outsourced vendor work in partnership with the Quality team.
Participate in process improvement discussions.
Participate in team projects as necessary.
Maintain internal documentation of processes and procedures.
Escalate outlier support issues for deeper investigation.
Who You Are Requirements:
2 - 5 years of successful experience within an administrative/support function.
Experience working in a high volume queue based environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in a ticket-based investigatory role or with a consumer-facing web company is strongly preferred.
Experience helping shape team processes and documentation is strongly preferred.
