Full Job Description

Your Job Responsibilities:

  • Interpret, triage, and respond to incoming requests from internal or external stakeholders; implementing organization practices in a timely and professional manner.

  • Effectively interpret and follow structured processes and best practices for workflow consistencies with our offshore vendor partners

  • Communicate policy decisions effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Act as escalation point of contact for outsourced vendor workflows.

  • Assist with quality control reviews of outsourced vendor work in partnership with the Quality team.

  • Participate in process improvement discussions.

  • Participate in team projects as necessary.

  • Maintain internal documentation of processes and procedures.

  • Escalate outlier support issues for deeper investigation.

Who You Are Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 years of successful experience within an administrative/support function.

  • Experience working in a high volume queue based environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience in a ticket-based investigatory role or with a consumer-facing web company is strongly preferred.

  • Experience helping shape team processes and documentation is strongly preferred.
