Data Entry Specialist PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA / OPERATIONS – COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS / FULL-TIME

How you will help The Data Entry Specialist will support our Commercial Operations team and will be responsible to complete various data entry tasks into multiple tools that we use within our contracts and sales operations functions. In addition, you will store all agreements per our contracts process each day, and take on ad hoc data entry projects as we grow. The Data Entry Specialist plays a key role in the team’s performance and its ability to serve internal customers with the various needs that they may have. Please note: Candidates must be local to the Greater Philadelphia area as this role sits in our Center City office. What you will do • You will update pricing orders in our proprietary tool for every sales booking that we complete • You will store each signed agreement in appropriate folders and tools and you will support ad hoc data entry projects for our Commercial Operations team About You You are... • Focused on attention to detail and passionate in supporting internal teams • Driven to execute your tasks proactively and with pace Desired Skills and Experience • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to multitask effectively • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision • High School diploma or equivalent required • Associates degree or some college welcomeOne year of data entry experience • Strong computer and data skillsIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred • Previous experience and/or interest working in a healthcare setting preferred Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $35,000 - 48,000 + annual bonus opportunity.
