About the Role We are hiring a part time, independent contractor to provide important clinical and patient support to GoodRx Care patients and the medical providers that serve them, on weekends and weekday evenings. This role is Part Time and will require you to be available 30 - 40 hours per week, any time during weekend support office hours of 5:00am - 11:00 pm Pacific, and weekday evenings 2:00pm - 11:00pm Pacific.


  • Field and respond to patient questions and needs via our custom designed patient care portal

  • Troubleshoot issues with account management, shipments, billing, and more

  • Consolidate and report common technology issues patients face to the product and development team

  • Be the voice of the patient during internal conversations

  • Find ways to raise the bar on patient experience, to ensure we’re always delivering the best possible experience to everyone

Skills & Qualifications:

  • College degree ideal, but not required with comparable experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer/patient support, ideally in a healthcare setting

  • Experience communicating with medical providers is a plus

  • Independent and consistent, with excellent follow through

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Confidence using technology

  • Has reliable internet access and personal computer for contract work


  • $20-$24/hour (depending on experience)

  • Remote position
