Salary Range: up to $38,000.00 annually

Job Description --- This position is responsible for general coordination of the Travel (Concur) program. Work requires knowledge of program policies, procedures, and systems to communicate and process information. Skills necessary to complete the role include organization, ability to jump between multiple tasks and strong communication to present ideas clearly and effectively in written form. Job requires secure handling of sensitive and/or confidential information as well as contact and coordination with other departments and university officials. Note: Work location for this position is still to be determined. This position may report to the Norman campus, the HSC campus, work remotely, or a combination of all three. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Extensive communication with departments for travel information and details
Audit and approve expense reports in Concur for compliance with Federal, State, and University policies
Audit and approve moving expenses
Audit and approve lodging expenses
Conduct training classes and Concur labs
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements --- Required Educations: GED/High School Grad or equivalent combination of education/job related experience, AND:
12-24 months accounting/bookkeeping experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills
Effective communicator, both oral and written
Proactive and able to move between tasks quickly
Able to produce reports and complete work within deadlines
Customer service
Basic math skills
