Whatever your role with CR, you’ll help influence how Target leverages its distinctive brand and unparalleled resources to set the bar for responsible, sustainable and charitable business practices.
As an Associate, Target Foundation you will:
Provide overall support to the mission and programs of the Target Foundation
Coordinate and assist in curating and preparing content for the Trustees including official board meetings and other communication as needed
Coordinate and assist in the completion of governance and compliance activities including annual policy and procedures update and audit
Provide communication support of internal and external efforts including liaison to internal teams and content management
Manage Target Foundation inbox and respond to grant-related inquiries and issues
Manage internal and external usage of the Target space at the Regional Acceleration Center (RAC)
Arrange partner meetings, calls and site visits in partnership with Foundation team
Contribute to, and maintain a positive team culture by demonstrating behaviors consistent with Target’s values of Inclusivity, Connection and Drive
Other responsibilities as assigned
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of non-profit or general business experience
Self-starter, resourceful, and a team player with proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated organizational, planning, project management and time management skills; attention to detail a must
Ability to build strong relationships and work across various corporate, non-profit and public audiences
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Demonstrated computer skills with proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database programs and applications
Strong cultural competence
Knowledge of grant making preferred
This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location.A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $52,200 to $94,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
