The Bookkeeper is responsible for performing bookkeeping and clerical functions to support the Branch and Branch Managers. Responsibilities:

  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for managers.

  • Work with the branch managers on daily basis.

  • Organize and track expenses and spending.

  • Assist manager in maintaining accurate P&L records.

  • Maintain and update excel spreadsheets as needed.


  • Preferred 1+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

  • Clear understanding of a P&L.

  • Ability to effectively communicate any discrepancies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel.
