The AR Specialist, Zillow Premier Agent is a member of the Premier Agent Strategy & Operations team. This team runs the Premier Agent business, setting strategic direction, figuring out how strategy gets implemented, operating that implementation on an ongoing basis, and owning the results that flow from strategy. We are heavy-hitters who move fast, think big, and team up to deliver results. Our closest partners are the product org, the marketing team, and the sales force.

About the role We are looking for an AR Specialist to be the customer-facing representative for our Premier Agent business. Our ideal candidate is comfortable managing communications regarding: account status, payment history and payment card inquiries. The AR Specialist is also responsible for the application of cash against outstanding invoices and the clearing of all AR transactions.

  • Assists partners with billing inquiries, account modifications, and sales requests

  • Partners with sales teams to answer billing related questions

  • Processes and applies debit/credit memos for refunds, promotions, paying past due balances, resolving chargebacks, processing buyouts or waiving balances for multiple business lines

  • Assists and support sales with promotions, plays and pilots

  • Owns payment aliases and invoice validation to ensure accurate owed amounts

  • Owns automated Dunning letter process to notify past due accounts and manual customer outreach for all ACH returns

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $23.20 - $34.80 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role

  • Experience in Real Estate Operations, Online Media, or Software Sales preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Docs

  • Working knowledge of SFDC and Zuora preferred

  • Comfortable multitasking, thinking on your feet and adhering to tight SLA’s
