Job Description
InBody is looking for a proactive and self-motivated Data Assistant/Jr. Data Analyst to join our Data Analysis team. The Data Assistant/Jr. Data Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Senior Data Analyst in developing data solutions to empower business decisions with extensive usage of Microsoft Excel. In addition, this individual will be working directly with database and data management systems by gathering and confirming the data is accurate, following proper procedures. Essential Responsibilities
Organize and clean databases, maintaining data integrity
Examine data for errors related to duplicate entries; formatting and updating the database to reflect recent changes
Generate ad hoc reports and projects that analyze customer, sales, and competition
Simultaneously work with various departments on multiple projects to improve sales and analysis
Administrative support by assisting with data entry and management
Integrate data from multiple sources for operational and analytical purposes
Create and manage different classification reference data across multiple business lines
Assist in designing and running key performance metrics
Assist in ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily sales operations
Conduct secondary research, including information from industry associations, statisticians, and marketing experts
Minimum Qualifications
1-2 years of work experience in data management and analytics
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLookups, Pivot Tables, Index Match, Data Cleansing, Data Formatting, Power Query)
Knowledge of data management and RDBMS (Dynamics 365 preferred)
Understanding of queries, SQL, and Python
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Type a minimum of 50+ WPM
Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with others as part of a team, but also be able to self-motivate and work unsupervised
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
