Title: Data Processor Reports to: Directory of Strategy & Finance Location: Remote in Massachusetts, North Carolina, Florida, or Ohio – Reports out of South Hamilton, MA Status: Casual Labor (15-19 hours per week, project based) Overview Gordon-Conwell is a multidenominational, protestant graduate school, unique with its broad array of over 1,300 students and 200 faculty and staff from 78 denominations and over 50 countries. We offer a residential model of education at South Hamilton, MA (our main campus); an urban context in Boston, MA; adult educational models in both our Charlotte, NC campus and our offerings in Jacksonville, FL; in addition to online and cohort models involving students from around the world.

Position Summary Under the broad supervision of the Director of Strategy & Finance, the temporary Data Quality Processor will work with department leaders to validate & update records in the SONIS Student Information System (SIS). This position will be responsible for adjusting records in SONIS that were not updated prior to Final Pass in our legacy system or unable to map appropriately into SONIS. Work with various departments will be required but will be primarily focused on demographic and enrollment related data.
This is a part time temporary position, contingent on the employee’s ability to meet key deadlines and process data with precise detail. Can be on-campus at any of our locations or fully remote in Massachusetts, North Carolina, Florida, or Ohio. Hours can be scheduled according to availability, but the employee must be available to connect with project leaders during normal work hours when needed. Key Responsibilities Validating and updating name record data in SONIS based on outstanding conversion issues and clean up needed as directed by the SONIS SIS Committee.
