Your Role at Baxter As a Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for document management and distribution. This position works across departments to facilitate the appropriate access, storage, and integrity of controlled documentation for a medical device. You will participate in regulatory audits under the supervision of the Quality Manager to ensure compliance with all Quality Management System requirements. What you'll be doing
Coordinating the revision, review, and approval of SOPs and other GMP documents.
Acquire, review, and distribution of Controlled Documents.
Assist in Quality Investigations.
Participate in internal audits and supporting external audits.
Maintain and facilitate training programs.
Acquire and maintain all training records.
What you'll bring
Associates Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years' of experience working with a document management system.
Experience with Office, SharePoint, OneDrive.
Familiarity with Quality Standards including ISO 13485:2016, Medical Device Single Audit Program, and ISO 27001 is preferred.
Certified ISO 13485:2016 internal auditor preferred.
