As the Staff Writer/Copyeditor you will help tell APS’s story to a variety of audiences through written communications about programs, initiatives, events, and other developments of interest to the physics community. The position also edits copy produced by others that flows through the communications department. The APS has a “remote first” concept that promotes equal treatment and equal access, independent of physical work location, with a majority of staff working primarily from remote work locations. This position could require at times in office work, various geographic events and meeting attendance as instructed by your Supervisor.
