We are hiring an Operations Associate to join the GoodRx Care team to help us increase access to affordable healthcare. Specifically, we are seeking an enthusiastic candidate dedicated to supporting the operational and growth needs for Care (telehealth) and related functions. Utilizing a natural curiosity and high attention to detail, this role will be responsible for tasks such as: vendor management, clinical process improvements, program management, platform support, clinician onboarding/offboarding, education/training, clinician engagement, metric monitoring, and clinical communication. What you’ll do:
Own responsibilities related to the daily maintenance of Care Operations
Regularly support our relationship with our third-party vendors
Use data and clinical insights to make informed decisions and recommendations
Assist in the growth and development of a nationwide telehealth clinician network (physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses)
Collaborate with other teams to continuously improve operational processes and our Care platform (ex. Clinical, Patient Operations, Marketing, Product)
Be open to any and all tasks required to ensure that our operations are managed and scaled effectively

Minimum 2+ years experience in operations, consulting, healthcare, or telemedicine.
Familiarity with analytics and data management tools, such as Excel/G-Suite, Airtable, and Looker.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
