As a Creative Director, Digital you will articulate the creative vision and guide multi-disciplinary creative teams to solve business strategies and guest needs across paid and owned digital media channels. You will support and develop the talent on your team—including art directors, designers, technical experts, and associate creative directors—prioritizing a strong team culture of inclusivity, connection, and drive, modeling equitable leadership. You will be responsible for setting the overall creative direction for digital channels, supporting always-on content needs, and continuously evolving capabilities across channels in order to enable optimal production, collaboration, and excellence in creative output. You will champion a team to balance innovation and efficiency, advocating for a connected guest experience between channels in your scope (digital media, email, push, Target Finds, Pinterest, and emerging channels) and not. You will share Target’s brand voice and culture to infuse the work with an unmistakable Target approach, while seamlessly integrating a multicultural guest lens.

Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
8+ years’ experience in leading marketing and creative functions in retail, design or related industry, with clear digital experience
Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, think critically, and communicate effectively, including the ability to clearly present concepts and ideas to all levels of leadership
Possess a high creative taste level, are drawn to newness, open to inspiration from a variety of sources, and driven to solve problems creatively
Ability to communicate vision in an inspiring way
Ability to see solutions from a Guest’s perspective using data and delivering against business needs without sacrificing creative vision
Ability to partner within and across functional areas, including creative, production, marketing strategy, digital strategy, media, technology, UX, and data science teams.
General knowledge of digital technologies to deliver best in class creative; ability to work with both internal Product teams and external partners to develop relevant capabilities
Flexible to travel (some weekends included), as needed
This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $119,500-$215,100.
