Location: US remote. Personality over location. Customer Support Representative

What you will do

  • Solve customer inquiries over email, chat, and phone.

  • Manage and coordinate urgent and complicated support issues via our helpdesk software.

  • Act as the voice of the customer and partner with product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is heard.

  • Partner with our Onboarding, Customer Success, and Sales team to make sure customer issues are resolved.

  • There may be occasional travel and weekend work required to meet with the team in-person and to make sure our customers are supported when necessary.

Who you are At least one year of experience working in a SaaS support role.

  • You are obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experience.

  • You have a start-up mentality and can thrive in a fast-pace and sometimes ambiguous work environment.

  • Never satisfied – you are constantly looking to improve both yourself and the business. You are curious, eager to experiment and try new approaches and tools.

  • A history of success in a customer-facing role.

  • A desire to learn and immerse yourself in a new industry to truly understand the customer.

  • An attitude that gets things done.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly understand customer’s core issues and find creative solutions.

  • An interest in aviation and/or the travel industry is a plus!

  • You have a passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company.

  • Able to travel domestically and internationally

  • Your English is on a native speaker level (spoken and written)
