Job Description Supports the overall effectiveness of the Centralized Letters department. Ensures that metrics are met. Coaches and mentors less experienced team members, assisting with complex questions. Performs audits and provides feedback based on results. Acts as a liaison between staff and other areas, including management, Communicating workflow, ideas, and resolutions. Completes reports, tracks trends, monitors resources and works with Manager to allocate when necessary. Contributes to workflow distribution. Crossed trained to serve as a back up to Manager.
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: 18.50 Maximum: 33.65 Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications – Customer service experience. – 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory skills – Proficiency with standard corporate software applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. – Great communication skills – Call center experience – SSRS reporting
