Key Responsibilities:

  • Proofread the content for print and digital ads and promotions, ensuring accuracy, and salesmanship

  • Review all ads/files/vehicles for technical integrity to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness for end users

  • Verify ad change requests, images and other ad elements have been used/implemented correctly

  • Work collectively with other QA team members to ensure deadlines are strictly met


  • Bachelors Degree in English or related field

  • 1 – 2 years of advertising or marketing proofreading experience

  • Strong grammar, spelling and writing skills

  • Previous experience with data management systems is a plus
