This candidate will be responsible for a variety of projects that will require strong writing, editing, and attention-to-detail. In our business, stories can pop up at any time and we have to be ready to react on a moment’s notice, so having a somewhat flexible schedule is ideal.

Primary Tasks --Must be available 4+ hours evenings during the week (6-10PM EST) and 8+ hours each day on weekends (beginning at 8AM EST). --The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, grammatical prowess, and editorial ability. --Creating, editing, and publishing Disney-related online content, which could include quick news writing, high-level editorial thought pieces, viral marketing writing, guidebook writing, video script-writing, and more. --Must have a comprehensive and consistently up-to-date knowledge of Disney Theme Parks --Providing any other support to ensure content meets Cambrick Yard's high standards of professionalism, factual consistency, authenticity, and reliability

Skills & Experience --Strong attention to detail and project follow-through --Journalism background --Dedication to perfect grammar and word choice --Engaging writing style --Ability to work well with team members and co-workers --Thorough and expansive knowledge of Walt Disney World and Disneyland --Strong organizational skills --Experience with the Wordpress platform --Excellent, entertaining writing ability. Position Overview The Travel Coordinator position ensures internal company personnel have proper travel accommodations booked for company activities. In a dynamic and often fast-paced environment, travel coordinators must communicate with travelers to book travel based on the traveler’s individual assignment, while adhering to company-wide travel policies. The position requires set schedules that differ from a typical Monday – Friday position. Candidates must be open to Sunday – Wednesday, 8:00am – 7:00pm EST or Wednesday – Saturday, 8:00am – 7:00pm EST What You'll Be Working On Duties include but not limited to: -Booking and facilitating travel logistics using Sabre GDS (including, but not limited to flights, rental cars, hotels, etc.). -Communicating and following up with travelers to ensure that they have all travel needs taken care of. Answering travel related questions in a professional, mature, and courteous manner. -Provide support on a flexible schedule to fulfill business critical travel needs. About the Role

Ramp is looking to hire foundational email and phone customer support operators to help support our customers as we scale. We’re looking for agents with an incredible customer focus and passion for helping people, who are hungry to learn all about our product, and who are able to communicate effectively with both customers and an internal team.

As a member of our stellar customer operations team, you will work closely with some of the fastest growing companies in the world as their direct line of contact and support. You’ll partner closely with our account management, product, and engineering teams on resolving customer questions, managing product requests and issues, and bringing insights into how we can improve our product. You’ll be the first line of defense for our customers on our phone lines and the voice of the customer to the rest of the team!

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with some of the fastest growing companies in the US

What You Need

  • Ability to work on the weekends

  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a technical product in customer support

  • Minimum 1 year of experience handling phone calls

Compensation

  • The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role in NYC is $46,750-$55,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
