The pay range is $67,600.00 - $121,700.00

Strategize with the business to translate pyramid objectives into talent implications
Lead, influence, support, and facilitate organizational change and communication
Consult with leaders and partners by understanding how to align and integrate people with business needs through organization design and talent development
Act as a coach, trusted partner and confidant who understands when and how to share information in the best interests of people and the business
Assess and develop talent and guide and support leaders and team members through performance management situations
Leverage data and insights to identify problems, develop and implement solutions in partnership across the HR ecosystem
Collaborate with human resources partners on the communication and implementation of human resources cyclical processes including Talent Planning, Annual Merit, Performance Review Process and Best Team Survey

About You:
3-7 years of human resources experience
Effective thought leadership, critical thinking and problem solving skills; strong business acumen and curiosity
Models the way with Target behaviors, focus on diversity and inclusion, learning agility and guest mindset
Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate well with all levels in the organization
Ability to consult the business through strong business acumen and presence
Strong self-concept, ability to manage conflict and make decisions
Ability to relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
