About The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Booking Group travel Destination Weddings & Social Groups
Liaise and contract with our hotel suppliers
Provide high level of service to each Group customer ensuring all components and service needs are meet for Group Leader and each guest traveling
Experience & Qualifications
Well versed in booking Group travel Destination Weddings & Social Groups
Well versed in Caribbean and Mexico product
Ability to negotiate and work with Hotel Partners to secure the best product & terms for customers
Organizational Skills - You'll have excellent administrative and organization skills
Intrapreneurial Skills – proven self- marketing strategies in place to assist in lead generation and group retention and growth.
Demonstrate ability to handle crises
Computer Skills - Microsoft Office

The role can be performed onsite, remote or on a hybrid schedule, in compliance with the Company’s Remote and Flexible Work Policy.
For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly pay rate of $18.27 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. On target earnings average range between $38,000 - $75,000. The annual salary range listed represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.
