Position SummaryCore-apps is a leading provider of mobile apps for events, conferences, tradeshows, and more. As a Core-apps Client Services Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for the customer for the lifecycle of their mobile app. Utilizing your interpersonal communication skills daily, you will guide and mentor the customer on the Core-apps system and own the project to ensure deadlines are met and the customer has full understanding of the process.   



A Day in the Life

  • Partner with sales, account management, and client relationship management teams to train employees on product updates

  • Works with team to execute delivery and implementation plans

  • Tests and troubleshoots final system setups

  • Assist in creating and updating documentation for internal and external clients

  • Assist in identifying appropriate training methods


We are looking for someone who brings

  • Requires 0 to 2 years of related experience

  • Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills

  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
